Regarding the Consumer Affairs Agency’s Enforcement Order Against Daisaku Shoji Co., Ltd. and Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd. Based on the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations

Regarding the administrative disposition issued by the Consumer Affairs Agency on February 3, 2022, against two companies—Daisaku Shoji Co., Ltd. and Ito-Yokado Co., Ltd.—selling the neck-worn air purifier “Pure Supply,” we wish to clarify that the products sold by our company, “Ionion Series” and “Ionjoy,” are completely unrelated to the products subject to administrative action. We have never made any misleading claims such as “removes viruses” or “removes airborne particles around the face” that could mislead consumers.

The Ionion Series has sold over 900,000 units in its 20-year history since launch. We take pride in being a product cherished by our customers, having received countless expressions of delight from those who have purchased it.

We kindly ask our valued customers who sell our products to continue doing so without concern.

We look forward to your continued support of our products.
