How to Consume “Daily Miracle”

Consume with 2 cups of water. This promotes fermentation of Daily Miracle in the gut and promotes good bowel health. Although this is a food product with no strict limits on consumption, we recommend the following as a general guide.
※Note: If the effect is too strong, reduce your consumption accordingly.

★ First 3 days: Consume a total of 3 pouches daily, taking one each in the morning, afternoon and evening. → If the effect is too mild, consume 2 pouches in the morning, 1 in the afternoon, and 2 in the evening.

★ Day 4 and thereafter: Consume 1 to 2 pouches daily to maintain intestinal health.
